A passionate and driven team of professionals with both local and international experience, the CEOrt’s management is responsible for driving daily administrative tasks and socio-economic-focused project initiatives on behalf of the membership.

Santina M. Benson

Executive Director

Santina leads the CEOrt’s management team and has driven key initiatives including the organisation’s Ethical Leadership agenda through the establishment of the National Integrity Pledge, and the launch of the CEO Apprenticeship Programme — with 25% of participants graduating to CEO positions in its first year. She serves as a Non-Executive Director of KCB Bank Tanzania Ltd and a Board Director of the Strathmore Global Institute, and holds a Master’s in Management from Caldwell University, New Jersey.

Rashid Nyembo

Operations Manager

Rashid is responsible for all Finance, Administration, Human Resources Management, Procurement and Event Management within the CEOrt — the operational backbone behind the organisation’s calendar of over 15 exclusive engagements each year.
