Membership & Partnerships Coordinator

The role
The Membership & Partnerships Coordinator is the day-to-day steward of the member relationship and the sponsor and partner base that sustains the platform. The role keeps members engaged, onboards new companies smoothly and supports the partnerships that fund CEOrt’s work.
What you’ll do
Manage member onboarding, records and renewals in the membership database.
Serve as first point of contact for member enquiries and requests.
Support the pipeline of prospective members and sponsors.
Coordinate partner agreements, deliverables and acknowledgement.
Prepare membership reports and dashboards for the CEO and Board.

Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, relations or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in membership, client relations or partnerships.
- Experience maintaining a CRM or membership database.
- Track record of retaining and growing accounts or relationships.

member companies, sponsors, development partners.

Member retention and renewal rates.
New members and partners onboarded.
Accuracy and completeness of the membership database.
