The role
The Programmes & Events Manager leads the design, planning and flawless delivery of the CEO Roundtable’s convenings — from intimate members’ roundtables to flagship national forums. The role turns the Secretariat’s advocacy agenda into well-run, high-impact engagements that bring chief executives, government and partners around the same table.
What you’ll do
Own the annual events calendar end to end — concept, budget, logistics, run-of-show and post-event reporting.
Convene roundtables, knowledge forums and the flagship annual engagement, coordinating speakers, venues and members.
Translate the advocacy and policy agenda into programme themes and session designs.
Manage vendors, sponsors and partners to deliver events on time and on budget.
Lead a small programmes team and coordinate cross-functionally with communications and membership.

Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, events management or a related field; a Master’s is an advantage.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in event or programme management, at least 2 in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated track record delivering senior-level or corporate events.
- Proficiency with project-management and productivity tools.
