Jesper Sorensen

Mr. Jesper Sorensen is a self-motivated, process-driven yet entrepreneurial senior executive with a passion for developing operational excellence through a systematic, results-based and peoples-oriented approach. Jesper offers technical expertise in natural resource management (NRM), supply chain and logistics with special expertise in the Southern- and East African regions.

His personal motivation is to via a cohesive team effort achieving high-level performance in an environment where trust, positive conflict, accountability and results orientation are natural ingredients in the day to day management. Jesper am used to working in an out-of-the-box thinking environment where conventional thinking is challenged and where alternate ideas are appraised. He is known to have profound skills in people’s management and believes in the principle of open-door-policy.

He has an excellent feel for the business environment he is operating in, engaging with local and regional business societies via group memberships, board positions and political networking. Further, Jesper is a very result-oriented and competitive leader who puts the company first and will above all strive to meet or exceed planned budget targets.
