Mr. Jaideep Goel

Jaideep Goel is a well-experienced insurance leader with over 35 years of experience managing and transforming general and life insurance businesses across India and Africa, including Kenya, Tanzania, and Nigeria. Currently the CEO of Jubilee Allianz Insurance Tanzania, he has held senior roles such as Executive Director at Allianz Nigeria and General Manager within the Jubilee Group. Known for his expertise in underwriting, claims, reinsurance, and product innovation, Jaideep has led organizations to profitable growth by leveraging technology to improve customer service and operational efficiency.

His leadership has been instrumental in scaling strategic partnerships, developing distribution channels, and implementing impactful government and mass insurance schemes, particularly in health and agriculture. A people-first leader and trusted advisor, Jaideep is known for turning around underperforming units and building resilient, future-ready teams. He holds a Master’s in Chemistry and is an Associate of the Insurance Institute of India (AIII).
