I am an international General Manager with 19+ years of expertise in delivering operational excellence for the production and manufacturing intensive industry. I have worked and lived in 6 countries (10 year in emerging countries) and speak 4 languages (French, English, Spanish, Dutch) My experience is based on general management assignments, responsible for the production plant operation (Refinery) up to the marketing positioning and distribution of products and services with a strong focus on trading and supply chain optimization. My strength is to deliver exceptional business expansion by bringing in new ideas and building sustainable processes to meet the local and global demand.

With use of strong analytical skills combined with my creativity I have proven to roll out successful strategic plans to the stakeholders internally and externally. I anticipate efficiently and act quickly in complex tensed environments with a talent to negotiate with local authorities and 3rd parties. I’m focused and have full believe in strict follow up of compliance rules and set the benchmark for integrity.
