Eng. Jacqueline Peter Mushi

Eng. Mushi is a registered electrical engineer with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) and is renowned for her strategic leadership and engineering expertise. In her current position, she oversees the development and execution of strategic plans while leading a diverse team of over 30 permanent and 100 temporary employees.

With a keen eye for identifying revenue growth opportunities and navigating complex engineering challenges, Eng. Mushi ensures financial efficiency and legal compliance within the organisation. One of her notable achievements includes her pivotal role as a project manager in Transpower while working with the Rural Electrification Program in Tanzania.

Through her leadership, over 450 villages and approximately 25,000 Geita and Simiyu Regions customers were successfully connected to the national grid under the REA 3 project from 2018 to 2021. Eng. Mushi’s dedication to impactful engineering solutions and ability to deliver large-scale projects underscore her reputation as a respected figure in the field.
