Programme modules — an immersive 12-month learning model.

What makes CAP special?

Participants embark on an immersive experience where every aspect of the learning model has been thoughtfully designed to foster growth. Over 12 months, four interlocking modules — delivered in collaboration with Strathmore University Business School — prepare participants to build and lead competitive, high-performing organisations while strengthening self-awareness and emotional intelligence.

Knowledge Forum

Immerse yourself in interactive sessions that promote a vibrant knowledge-sharing community.

Business Simulation

  • Compete and collaborate in teams under realistic market pressure

Socio-economic Project

Design a project that directly addresses critical socio-economic challenges in Tanzania.

  • Runs throughout the full 12-month programme
  • Teams tackle real national challenges — from skills to jobs
  • Past projects include the Ajira Kiwandani platform and the Fanisi Program
  • Presented to CEOrt members and stakeholders at graduation
