Overview
The CEO Apprenticeship Programme (CAP) is the CEOrt’s flagship leadership initiative. With Tanzania’s sustainable development as a driving factor, CAP spearheads leadership development and human capacity building — mentoring the next generation of Tanzanian leaders through a partnership with Strathmore University.
Cohort by cohort, sitting CEOs pass on hard-won judgment, ethics and operational discipline to rising executives, strengthening the leadership pipeline that the country’s long-term prosperity depends on.
