CEO Apprenticeship Programme

Leading the way to leadership excellence

The CEO Apprenticeship Programme (CAP) is a 12-month executive leadership programme spearheaded in collaboration with Strathmore University Business School — designed to enhance the leadership capacity of experienced leaders from the public and private sectors.

CAP prepares its participants to fulfill multifaceted responsibilities, enabling them to build and lead competitive, high-performing organizations — while guiding them through personal exploration to build self-awareness and emotional intelligence.

Knowledge Forum

Interactive sessions that immerse participants in a vibrant knowledge-sharing community of chief executives.

Business Simulation

A virtual simulation module giving participants the opportunity to exercise judgment in complex decision-making scenarios.

CEO Coaching & Group Mentorship

Insights on leadership complexities, organisational culture, stakeholder management and the art of change leadership.

Socio-economic Project

Across the 12-month programme, participants design a project that directly addresses critical socio-economic challenges in Tanzania.
