Overview
With Tanzania’s sustainable development as a driving factor, the CEOrt spearheads leadership development and human capacity building through its leadership initiative, the CEO Apprenticeship Programme (CAP). The organisation also champions biodiversity through its Business & Sustainability agenda and promotes Private Sector growth as the cornerstone for the country’s socio-economic prosperity.
A forum whereby CEOs can drive prosperity through effective engagement with Government on ethics and policy imperatives.

Confidence on the rise
After the disruption of 2020, member sentiment has climbed steadily — buoyed by improved public-private dialogue, budget adjustments responsive to Private Sector consultation, and a renewed government focus on the investment climate.
Sustained confidence is the raw material of prosperity: it is what turns dialogue into investment, and investment into jobs.
