Prior to his current role, he wielded his expertise in the Telecommunication and Manufacturing Industries, showcasing his versatility and strategic acumen. Within Davis & Shirtliff, he seamlessly transitioned through various roles before assuming leadership in Tanzanian entity. He is committed to nurturing talent and believes in training and delegating responsibilities to young professionals, guiding them to assume senior positions.

Notable endeavors include leading Water and Energy solutions across Tanzania pioneering solar pumping initiatives using renewable energy and spearheading water treatment projects across the country.
