FMCG trained by Unilever Bestfoods. Recruited by Nestle Waters in July 2001 to head up Modern Trade and develop the top four UK Grocery Retail customers. Promoted to UK Sales Director, Nestle Waters in 2010, responsible for all Sales Channels: Grocery, Impulse and HORECA.

Given my first international assignment in January 2014 as Country Business Manager, Nestle Waters Myanmar where I was tasked with setting up a JV with the Loi Hein Company. In January 2015 I was promoted to the role of Country Business Manager for Nestle Waters Nigeria where I played a key role in opening the new greenfield factory in Abaji and developed the RTM strategy pan Nigeria. In 2018, I moved into an entirely different Industry to test myself outside of my comfort zone when I accepted the position of General Manager Power Systems, Mantrac Nigeria the largest Caterpillar dealership in West Africa and the leading player in offering power solutions for Gas, Diesel, and Renewable Energy.

After five successful years in this role, I was promoted to my current role as Managing Director Mantrac Tanzania responsible for the entire Caterpillar dealership including Power Systems, Heavy Machines, Parts, Service and Mining. I operate with an open pragmatic style of leadership with strong people and communication skills. I am highly customer focused and results driven and take a very “hands on” approach to the business.

A confident communicator with both internal and external stakeholders, I have a vast level of experience in leading and developing high performing teams. In my career to date, I have demonstrated my ability to adapt to different environments, cultures and industries and have delivered excellent results in UK, Asia, and Africa.
