Alimiya Osman Munge is a graduate of the CEO Apprenticeship Programme (CAP) — the CEO Roundtable of Tanzania’s flagship leadership initiative, delivered in partnership with Strathmore University.
As CEO, Faru Graphite Corporation Ltd., Alimiya is among the CAP alumni now leading top-tier organisations across Tanzania — the programme has trained over 90 local executives across five cohorts, with alumni going on to hold CEO and Managing Director positions in banking, manufacturing, logistics, energy and mining.
